All in Frame Stock is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

What we collect

  • Name and email address when you download an image or contact us, a record of the images you have downloaded and your usage of images.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and device information, collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Cookie section below).
  • Communications you send us by email or through any form on this site.

How we use your data

  • To process image downloads and maintain a record of license agreements.
  • To send transactional emails — download confirmations, application updates. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
  • To improve the site through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with third-party service providers (payment processors, email delivery services, cloud storage) under strict data processing agreements. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction or in contemplation of that transaction. We also disclose data when required by law.

Retention

We retain download records for seven years to fulfil our legal and licensing obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time subject to our legal retention requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. If you are an EU resident, please see our Privacy Notice for EEA and UK below.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the site and internal analytics cookies to understand how it is used.

Data Transfers

If you are located outside the U.S., please be aware that the information we collect may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. You may contact us at [email protected] for further information. By using this site you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own.

Children's Privacy

This site is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting that signals to websites that you do not wish to be tracked. There is currently no universal standard for recognising DNT signals. This site does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Privacy Notice for European Economic Area and United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have certain rights under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, as summarized below. All in Frame Stock Collection is the controller of personal data collected through this site.

We process your personal data because:

  • It is necessary to perform our agreement with you (providing image downloads and maintaining license records);
  • It is in our legitimate interests to operate and improve the site; or
  • We are required to do so by law (for example, retaining licence records for seven years).

Where we rely on consent — such as for any non-essential analytics cookies — you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Your Rights

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the following rights under applicable data protection legislation. Your rights will in each case be subject to the restrictions set out in applicable law:

  • Right to be informed / to access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, to request access to that data and information about how we are processing it.
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You may, in certain circumstances, request deletion of your personal data — for example if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Note that we are required to retain download and licence records for seven years.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You may require that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain cases, for example where you have contested its accuracy or where you have objected to processing based on our legitimate interest pending our review.
  • Right to data portability: In some circumstances you may be entitled to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
  • Right to object: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests. In order to continue processing we must be able to show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). A directory of EEA supervisory authorities is available at ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

Ownership

The images, website, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, metadata, and other materials on this site are owned by All in Frame Stock or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Site use

You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems, introduce malware, bypass usage controls, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access to the site, remove or disable downloads, or require you to stop using an image if we believe these terms have been violated.

No warranties

The site and images are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, All in Frame Stock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for determining whether your use of an image is appropriate and lawful for your project.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All in Frame Stock and its affiliates, partners, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the site, the images, or these terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All in Frame Stock and its affiliates, partners, contributors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or images, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the site or any images after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. The version in effect when you download an image will continue to govern that download unless the revised terms are more favorable to you or you agree otherwise.
